Prepare these five points

1. City and district, plus one fallback area you would accept.
2. Budget in USD, purchase price and any renovation reserve kept separate.
3. Move-in month, meaning when you need the keys.
4. Must-haves such as floor, lift, parking, yard or school distance.
5. Decision maker, and whether a mortgage is part of the plan.
