1. Who we are

This website is operated by hrconsulth.com, a private entrepreneur (PE) registered at 42 Antonovycha Street, Business Center Horizon, Office 607, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, EDRPOU 43193976, email contact@hrconsulth.com, phone +380 689 790 0560. Managing Director: Daniel Klein. These details are published under Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII.

2. Our role and service scope

hrconsulth.com is an information and agency service that helps users find apartments and connect with landlords and property owners. We do not own the listed properties and are not a party to any lease. Listings are provided by third parties; we verify them in good faith but cannot guarantee availability, condition or price until confirmed in writing.

3. Fees and payment

All agency fees, their amount and the payment procedure are disclosed to you before any contract is concluded, together with the complaint-handling procedure, as required by Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII. No hidden charges apply. Payments are made only against a documented invoice or receipt.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate contact and identification details.
• Use the service for lawful, personal purposes only.
• Do not copy, scrape or resell listing content.

5. No guarantee and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any apartment will be available, that a lease will be signed, or that third-party information is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the agency fee actually paid by you.

6. Personal data

We process personal data, including data submitted through enquiry forms and non-essential cookies, only on a lawful basis and after clear notice and consent, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3153-IX. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

7. Advertising language

Advertising distributed in Ukraine is published in Ukrainian, and foreign-language advertising text is translated into Ukrainian, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@hrconsulth.com or +380 689 790 0560. We respond within 10 business days. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page. Governing law: the law of Ukraine.
